Corona-virus Disease 2019, or COVID-19. The World Health Organization (WHO) recently declared COVID-19 a global pandemic.  If you develop a fever or cough or have difficulty breathing or have had close contact with someone who has had a presumptive positive or confirmed positive COVID-19 test result, please seek medical attention by calling your provider’s office. For more information regarding the corona-virus, visit the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) website.

As leaders in mental healthcare, we are making every effort to avoid inciting unnecessary panic or anxiety among our clients and families, and we are taking every measure to protect them – along with our employees – during this dynamic situation. We are closely monitoring information provided by key government, regulatory and local entities. In the interest of protecting the health and safety of our patients, staff and our community, the following have been implemented.

We are taking proactive steps to keep our patients and team members safe while serving the needs of our community.  We are actively monitoring and responding to all recommendations made by the CDC and our local regulatory and health authorities. 


  1. Our facility is operational.
  2. All in-office face to face session will be suspended (with limited critical exceptions).
  3. You will be able to keep your scheduled appointments with your provider using electronic methods including telemedicine, and extended phone time as means for you to keep your appointments with your providers.
  4. Please call the office or log into your portals to update your cell phone number.
  5. At your appointment time or before you will receive either a link that starts your appointment or a phone call.
  6. After your appointment you can make your co-pays or payments using the payment link on our company website.

How To Set Up Video:

Our video sessions are HIPAA compliant and easy to set up. The best browsers to use are Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari for Apple users. All you have to do is:

Go to our website,
Click on the Provider Virtual Offices tab at the top of our page
Select your provider that will lead you to our virtual waiting room where your provider will be informed you're waiting for your session.

It can be used on your smartphone. If you have any questions with the process, please contact us.

Patient Portal

You’ll have direct access to your clinician, dates and times of your appointments as well as patient statements. You’ll be able to request appointments and prescription refills. *If you are utilizing medication management services, please schedule your follow-up appts after the session. You can either call the office to facilitate this or use the Appointments tab on the patient portal to request an appointment.*


If you have a copay, it is due the date of service. If you have a deductible, be sure to read your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) mail that is provided by your insurance company. After clicking E-Pay you’ll see a pop-up that has a dropdown. If you don’t have a saved card on file with us, please bypass that screen by clicking on “Pay” and it will allow you to enter your information.
